Cancellation & Refund Policy

EIA Impact Kids makes all attempts to provide flexible participation options for our students and campers. Parents must read and acknowledge understanding of EIA Impact Kids’ Cancellation and Refund Policy prior to purchasing program sessions.

Full Time Summer Camp Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

Parents who purchase a full-time summer camp plan and need to withdraw will be refunded according to the following timeline:

Cancel before May 31st: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancel between June 1st – June 15th: 50% refund of total camp fees.
Cancel after June 15th: No refunds will be issued.

Summer camp single session or package purchase sessions will be addressed according to the Single Session and Package Purchases policies outlined in the following sections.

Single Session and Package Purchase Expiration

Single Session Registration Expiration

All single session purchases are valid only for the program session booked at time of purchase.

Multi-session Package Expiration

Package sessions are valid for the length of time defined on the specific package purchased. Unbooked sessions remaining at the expiration of a purchased package will not be refunded.

Single Session and Package Purchase Cancellation and Refunds

Medical or Emergency Cancellations

If a student needs to miss one or more booked sessions or is unable to book future pre-paid sessions due to ongoing personal, medical or family emergencies, partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Inclement Weather

Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather, unless the inclement weather prohibits booked sessions from occurring for 3 or more consecutively scheduled session days. All attempts will be made to offer participation in an alternative program session prior to offering a class refund.

Session Cancellations

If a session is canceled by the organization for any reason, all attempts will be made to provide additional alternative sessions. In the case of an extended program cancellation and no alternative sessions can be provided, parents will be offered a refund for remaining sessions already booked.

No Shows

Students and campers who do not attend booked sessions will not receive a refund except in the circumstances specified above. Students may arrange to attend an alternate activity if available. Students must notify EIA Impact Kids staff of their intent to participate in an alternate activity session and must attend that activity within 2 weeks of the initial missed session date.

Student Dismissal

Please refer to our Student Behavior Expectations and Disciplinary Policy. If a student continuously exhibits behavior that violates the Student Behavior Expectations and all attempts to amend the student's behavior are unproductive, the student will be dismissed from the camp. No refunds will be offered.
